Subprocessors

Rapticore relies on a small set of infrastructure and service providers to deliver its products. The current subprocessor list is provided on request during procurement — email trust@rapticore.com or ask your account team.

Categories of subprocessors

• Cloud infrastructure providers (compute, storage, networking).
• Managed database and cache providers.
• Email delivery for transactional messages (verification, receipts).
• Error monitoring and log storage.

Change notification

Material additions or replacements of subprocessors are announced to customers with at least 30 days’ notice. Customers may object during the notice period per their contract.
